Welcome to my business Bellissimo Jewels ("beautiful jewels") - I have been providing quality Rosary Beads & rosary bracelets for approx 12 years.
Residing by the beach on the beautiful East Coast of Australia, I hand make all of my products using a combination of genuine Austrian precision cut Crystals, Austrian imitation crystal pearls, genuine natural AA quality cultured pearls and AA quality Gemstones. I do not import them "ready-made" or use cheap components. I only use silver-filled non tarnishing pins and .925 sterling silver chain links, crucifixes & centrepieces. I don't thread them onto wire or cord, but pin each bead individually using a special wrapped loop technique. This takes time and skill and it minimises the risk of breakage. All sets of rosary beads can be altered and customised for the individual as long as I have the components in stock. My prices are WHOLESALE prices - I am a private home based business and I do not sell the rosary beads through retail outlets, this ensures you are getting a quality item for an exceptionally good price.
My pricing is fixed and as I already give 5% of each sale to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, I cannot provide individual discounts.
The prices of my Crystal and imitation pearl rosary beads are based on the size and style of the solid sterling silver crucifix attached as this is the most expensive component. If you would like to alter to a different crucifix, then understand there may be a price adjustment depending on the style of crucifix you choose. The Genuine cultured pearl and the Gemstone sets are priced according to the quality of the natural products received - these are exclusive to Bellissimo Jewels and I deal with very good Pearl and Gemstone suppliers, the pearls and gemstones are exceptional quality however as they are a natural product there may be some slight markings or size differences at times. I strive for perfection to keep my customers happy.
All rosary beads are presented in a white hinged box for safekeeping, and the bracelets are presented in a white drawstring bag.

Each of my products comes with a small description card explaining that they are handmade in Australia from precision cut Austrian crystals &/or pearls, natural cultured pearls, or genuine gemstones and sterling silver components; and that 5% of all sales is used to support my chosen charity, the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The NBCF is a cause that is dear to me because in 2003 at the age of 40 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Life brings us challenges and I must say this was one of my greatest. After enduring the treatment with the support of family, friends and a wonderful team of medical professionals I came through it all with a renewed outlook on life. We can't control everything that happens in our lives but we can control how we deal with life's ups and downs. We can look back and ask "why" but it is more important to look forward and ask "what now".
I would never have thought that 18+ years on I would be running my own small business, learning new skills and meeting and making wonderful new friends; my experience has also made me even more aware of how precious life is; in this busy world in which we live we should try to embrace each day with laughter and enthusiasm.
